Work
Order Submissions
Work orders should be submitted in a timely manner to allow
proper development and effective deployment of media. At a
minimum new or detailed graphics work orders should be submitted
6 weeks prior to event date, or revise existing graphics work
orders 2 weeks prior to event date. A proof for approval will
be provided. Requestor is the final proofreader and is responsible
for authorizing the work order for printing. A maximum of
three revisions will be permitted. If work order is approved
and printed with errors, you must request reprinting through
Jennifer Britos, Marketing Director.
Marketing
will complete work orders after receipt of proof approval.Work
orders received within 72 hours of a pending event may not
be completed.
