Need a way to visually publicize your event? Banners and signs provide an excellent means of advertising a large event or message quickly and efficiently. Please note, there are somewhat higher costs associated with these products, so use discretion when ordering.

Street Banner
Street banners are 4’h x 30’w, double-sided with reinforced hemlines, wind tunnels and metal hooks. Before a work order can be submitted to us, you must first submit a DA Form 4283 to DPW to obtain approval to have it hung over 41st Division Drive. Upon approval, bring a copy to us and a work order can be generated. We will deliver and pick up banner on the dates scheduled.

Fence Banner
Fence banners are 4’h x 20’w with reinforced hemlines and corners. Banners are scheduled and hung on a weekly basis by marketing at four locations on post. (Gray Army Airfield, DuPont Gate, North Fort BK and the intersection of 41st Division and Liggett Ave)

Indoor/Outdoor Lightweight Banner
Made of lightweight vinyl, these banners vary in size and can be used indoors or outdoors. Grommets for hanging are included.

Signs
Made out of a hard material called sintra, or a softer material called coreplast, vary in size up to 4’ x 8’.

Work Order Submissions
Work orders should be submitted in a timely manner to allow proper development and effective deployment of media. At a minimum sign and banner work orders should be submitted 3 weeks prior to event date. A proof for approval will be provided. Marketing will complete work orders upon receipt of proof approval. Work orders received within 72 hours of a pending event may not be completed.
